Why are my prints curled?

Many of our prints are printed on rolls of paper. After being rolled for so long, the fibers on the paper want to form back in the tight curled state. We do what we can to uncurl the paper before shipping, but sometimes the fiber can be very tight and stubborn. Don't worry, over time the fibers will naturally relax and flatten on their own. You can attempt to relax the fibers yourself by doing your own manual uncurl or storing the prints between flat heavy objects. It can take several days or weeks for the fibers to fully relax.
